In some cases images and maps have been removed to reduce the file size. Due to the increasing size of documents the Agenda for the current meeting is removed when the Minutes are uploaded.  Minutes and attachments for the past twelve months are available on the website.  Any document which is not available online is still available to the public.  Documents can be provided electronically by email or as a CD ROM or hardcopy that can be posted to you or picked up from the Shire Office in Margaret River.
