Council Contribution Requests 2012/2013 Budget

Council staff have commenced preparations for the 2012/2013 Budget.

If you are a community organisation and would like Council to consider a contribution towards your organisations facilities or services please submit a request.

Information to be included with your request:

• The purpose for which the Council funding or assistance is to be used
• A copy of the latest financial statements including the current financial position

Submissions should be made in writing and addressed to the Chief Executive Office, Shire of Augusta-Margaret River, PO Box 61, Margaret River WA 6285 or by email to amrshire@amrshire.wa.gov.au

The closing date for public submissions is 4pm, 9 March 2012.
