Available for Public Inspection Scheme Amendment No. 9 to Local Planning Scheme No. 1

Notice is hereby given that the local government of the Shire of Augusta-Margaret River has prepared the abovementioned Scheme Amendment for the purpose of:

REZONING LOT 61 ARMSTRONG ROAD, COWARAMUP
FROM “SPECIAL USE” TO “TOURISM” AND INTRODUCTION PROVISIONS INTO SCHEDULE 16 – SPECIAL CONDITIONS RELATING TO TOURIST ZONES

Plans and documents setting out and explaining the Scheme Amendment have been deposited at Council Offices, Wallcliffe Road, Margaret River and will be open for inspection during office hours up to and including 23 FEBRUARY 2012.

Submissions on the Scheme Amendment may be made in writing in Form No. 4 and lodged with the undersigned on or before 23 FEBRUARY 2012.

This Amendment is available for inspection in order to provide an opportunity for public comment and it should not be construed that final approval will be granted.
